Note: Different types of account (personal or corporate) provide you with access to different services.

A personal account allows you to complete tasks relating to you as an individual.

This includes ID cards, Gibraltar Health Service (GHA) processes, Passports and vehicle-related issues.

A corporate account allows you to complete tasks as a corporation.

This includes, access corporate services, manage your business, invite other users to access your business, use employment services and create employment vacancies.

Offline Support

If you require help outside of working hours including weekends and public holidays, click on the Support icon on the bottom right of the screen on: Portal.egov.gi. Our chat services will email us your issue via a ticket service and you will receive a response on the next working day.
